How we price

One central team, one rate card.

We don't price by region. A roof inspection in Cornwall costs the same as one in Newcastle. We absorb the travel cost into our central operations, which lets us quote consistently and predictably.

Each quote is built from four ingredients:

Site
Size, complexity, access constraints, and how much of it needs to be captured.

Sensor
Visual, thermal, laser, 360, or a combination. Some sites need more than one.
✓
Deliverable
Raw footage to a written condition report, the deliverable drives most of the processing cost.
✓
Timing
Standard turnaround, expedited, or scheduled (e.g. monthly construction monitoring). Discounts apply to recurring captures.

A single visit for a specific need: roof inspection, thermal survey, marketing video. Quoted as a fixed-price job.

Recurring capture across a construction project, retrofit, or seasonal monitoring window. Bundled rate with AIM hosting included.

Estate retainer

For organisations with multiple sites needing regular drone work. A monthly retainer covers a defined capture allowance.

Hosting comes with every project.

Every engagement includes AIM hosting for the project's lifespan. Your captured data lives in a single place, accessible by unlimited team members, with no per-seat licensing. AIM also has its own pricing for clients who want to centralise their whole asset record, we can route that conversation too.
